Robson and foxgloveBerg Lake, sunrise. Taken during the heat dome in British Columbia in 2021, the Berg Lake trail closed 2 days after I finished it, due to extensive flooding. You could literally watch chunks of the glacier breaking off into the lake. This, combined with other snow melt from the extreme heat resulted in some challenging hiking conditions further down as the trail flooded and bridges washed out.
